Front Desk Agent

About the Role

The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact and a key part of creating a welcoming guest experience. This role combines excellent customer service, strong communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations at the front desk. From handling reservations to assisting guests throughout their stay, you’ll play a pivotal role in making every visit memorable.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently. Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Solve problems quickly by evaluating options and making sound decisions to enhance guest satisfaction. Perform basic financial tasks such as handling payments, balancing accounts, and using hotel management systems. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to keep front desk operations running smoothly.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality-related role preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
