About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, answer guest inquiries, and ensure a positive and memorable stay experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and team members.

Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain awareness of hotel occupancy and special events.

Handle incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.

Assist guests with coat check, luggage storage, and other requests.

Process cash and credit transactions accurately while following cash-handling policies.

Ensure guest and employee safety by maintaining clean and secure areas.

Handle difficult guest situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Conduct night audit duties, including balancing accounts, posting room/tax charges, and preparing daily reports (night audit shifts only).

Build positive guest relationships, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.

Complete required company training on schedule.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve guest concerns effectively.

Basic knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, and cash handling preferred.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Flexible to work various shifts, including nights (for audit role).
