Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Elysian Head Spa in Austin, Texas. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication, and customer service, and general questions via social media. We’re not just offering services; we’re selling the vision of healthy, beautiful hair and a luxurious experience. Our front desk team sets the tone for this vision, so it’s essential to come in each day polished, professional, and ready to embody the care and excellence we provide to every client.

Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong Organization and Multitasking Abilities
- Knowledge of Spa or Beauty Industry is a Plus
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

Compensation
We offer an hourly rate of $20/hour for two shifts (approximately 18 hours weekly); on Thursdays and Fridays with the opportunity to take on more hours as we grow. We are a startup and plan to evaluate pay raises annually.
