Front End Developer

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our innovative team and create exceptional user experiences for national security applications. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end engineers to build scalable, responsive, and secure web applications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality front-end solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to mission-critical projects. The Senior Front-End Developer will work across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and security in every application.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Front-End Developer

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using Angular (or React/Vue) and related ecosystems, including Gulp, Angular CLI, and NPM libraries.

• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement seamless UI/UX solutions.

• Develop front-end features that meet accessibility and security standards across platforms and devices.

• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and team knowledge sharing to improve development practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end performance, functionality, and integration issues.

• Contribute to Agile sprints, planning, and iterative development cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in web development, including HTML, CSS, and Java or Python.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, React, or Vue, including modular code development and component reuse.

• Experience with responsive design libraries, including Bootstrap or Material Design.

• Knowledge of source code control and configuration management using Git or SVN.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Active Secret clearance required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Space Systems or Satellite Communications.

• Familiarity with JS visualization libraries like D3, Cytoscape, Ogma, or AmCharts.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.

• Working knowledge of RESTful web services and advanced data structures/algorithms.

• TS/SCI clearance is a plus.
