Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Front-End Developer Intern to assist in building modern web applications. The ideal candidate is a junior or senior pursuing a Computer Science degree (or related field) with strong communication skills, a foundation in front-end development, and basic understanding of back-end concepts. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the front-end team to develop ReactJS applications using modern hooks.

Assist in architecting and implementing technical solutions for complex problems.

Support business and IT teams to ensure digital applications meet operational needs.

Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and application releases.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Develop end-user training documentation and support materials.

Monitor and respond to application support tickets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Junior or senior student at an accredited four-year college/university (preferred).

Minimum GPA: 3.0

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS (including hooks).

Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and cross-browser/platform development.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles and prototyping.

Flexible availability within core business hours (8AM–5PM CST).
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.

Experience with WordPress or headless CMS platforms.

Ability to write unit and end-to-end tests.

Knowledge of cloud technologies (preferably Azure).

Understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
