We’re seeking a talented Software Engineer II to join our team and help build scalable software solutions that enhance financial operations and improve customer experiences. As a Software Engineer II, you’ll design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Node.js while collaborating within an agile team. About the Role:
As a Software Engineer II, you’ll create robust front-end interfaces and backend systems that support critical business processes. You’ll contribute to the full development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and documentation, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive and high-performing web applications using React.js and Node.js.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with best practices.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and testers.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Perform unit and integration testing, contributing to automated testing frameworks.
  • Participate in code reviews and share technical knowledge with peers.
  • Document code and processes to maintain project transparency.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in software programming or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with Redux, MobX, or similar state management libraries.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, GitLab, and agile development tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience optimizing web performance.
  • Exposure to Oracle databases and SDLC automation practices.
  • Prior experience in regulated financial environments is a plus.
