Key Responsibilities
Front of House Co-ordinator Duties

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and setups.

Liaise with building management and internal teams for facility needs.
Administrative Support

Provide administrative assistance to various departments.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication.

Assist in developing and implementing office procedures.
Health & Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Take on responsibilities such as First Aider and Fire Marshal after training.
