Key Responsibilities

Front of House Co-ordinator Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and setups.

  • Liaise with building management and internal teams for facility needs.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication.

  • Assist in developing and implementing office procedures.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

  • Take on responsibilities such as First Aider and Fire Marshal after training.

Essential Skills and Experience

Front of House Co-ordinator Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
