What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier guest experiences

Oversee daily service operations, managing reservations and service flow

Train, schedule, and develop team members to uphold Wingmans standards

Handle guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels

Collaborate with kitchen and senior management to maintain smooth operations

Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in a FOH leadership role (Manager, Supervisor, etc.)

A genuine passion for service and hospitality
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Ability to manage high-volume shifts with confidence and grace
-
Familiarity with reservation systems and floor management
-
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
