The Role
As our Front of House Receptionist/Telephonist, you’ll be the face of our clinic—providing a warm, professional welcome to every client. You’ll manage appointments, answer inquiries, process payments, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities

Manage bookings using our online booking system

Process payments and discuss treatment terms with clients

Promote services, treatments, and retail products

Handle client communications via phone, email, and SMS

Support Practitioners by managing post-treatment client interactions

Escalate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
What We’re Looking For

Smart, professional appearance and excellent spoken/written English

2+ years’ reception experience and 1+ year in aesthetics/beauty
-
Strong computer and admin skills, confident with booking software

Courteous, efficient, and highly organised

A calm, patient communicator who thrives under pressure

Flexible, punctual, and a collaborative team player
