    The Role

    As our Front of House Receptionist/Telephonist, you’ll be the face of our clinic—providing a warm, professional welcome to every client. You’ll manage appointments, answer inquiries, process payments, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the client journey.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage bookings using our online booking system

    • Process payments and discuss treatment terms with clients

    • Promote services, treatments, and retail products

    • Handle client communications via phone, email, and SMS

    • Support Practitioners by managing post-treatment client interactions

    • Escalate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

    What We’re Looking For

    • Smart, professional appearance and excellent spoken/written English

    • 2+ years’ reception experience and 1+ year in aesthetics/beauty

    • Strong computer and admin skills, confident with booking software

    • Courteous, efficient, and highly organised

    • A calm, patient communicator who thrives under pressure

    • Flexible, punctual, and a collaborative team player

    Schedule

    • 10-hour shifts

    • Monday to Friday + consistent weekend availability required

    • 40 hours per week expected
