We are seeking a friendly and motivated Front-of-House Team Member to join our vibrant Caribbean restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent customer service throughout their visit. Your role is key to creating a positive dining experience and supporting smooth operations alongside the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner

Assist customers with inquiries and needs, providing outstanding service

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-end area, including checkout lanes and displays

Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless daily operations

Read tickets and serve meals promptly and accurately
Experience and Skills

Previous experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or restaurants

Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

Familiarity with Caribbean cuisine is a plus

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team

Bartending experience is NOT required for this role
