The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Full-Funnel Marketer to lead acquisition and onboarding strategies across digital channels. From sparking initial interest to nurturing loyal subscribers, you’ll help build journeys that turn first-time visitors into lifelong readers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-funnel marketing strategies, focusing on acquisition and user onboarding (Day 0–30).

  • Launch integrated campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, web, newsletters, and apps.

  • Build and optimise onboarding flows using email triggers, landing pages, in-app content, and push notifications.

  • Collaborate with editorial, design, data, and product teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.

  • Manage structured testing (A/B, multivariate, pricing/offer tests) to boost conversion and LTV.

  • Track campaign success via clear reporting on acquisition, conversion rates, and subscriber lifetime value.

  • Own on-site promotional placements, paywall metering, and offer/landing page performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in acquisition/lifecycle marketing at a publisher, DTC brand, or subscription-based business.

  • Proficiency in campaign management across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, or Customer.io.

  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4, Parse.ly) and LTV/attribution modeling.

  • Working knowledge of subscription and publishing tools like Zephr or Piano is a plus.

  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for building marketing templates.

  • Strong copy/design instincts and an understanding of UX best practices.

  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach to multi-stakeholder environments.
