The Role
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the face of Cash Shop — offering excellent service, completing financial transactions efficiently, and providing expert support across all product areas. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on building relationships, maintaining store performance, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement

Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers, phone enquiries, and online queries

Build long-term customer relationships through trust and transparency
Transaction Management

Process transactions efficiently and accurately across all core products

Test and evaluate electronics and precious metals in line with company standards
Store Operations

Maintain stock control and carry out organisational tasks

Reconcile till balances at end-of-shift with no variances

Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Strong mental arithmetic and basic maths skills

Confident communicator with excellent sales ability

Computer literate and capable of learning in-house systems

Previous experience in retail, pawnbroking, or customer service is a bonus
