The Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the face of Cash Shop — offering excellent service, completing financial transactions efficiently, and providing expert support across all product areas. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on building relationships, maintaining store performance, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers, phone enquiries, and online queries

  • Build long-term customer relationships through trust and transparency

Transaction Management

  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately across all core products

  • Test and evaluate electronics and precious metals in line with company standards

Store Operations

  • Maintain stock control and carry out organisational tasks

  • Reconcile till balances at end-of-shift with no variances

  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

  • Strong mental arithmetic and basic maths skills

  • Confident communicator with excellent sales ability

  • Computer literate and capable of learning in-house systems

  • Previous experience in retail, pawnbroking, or customer service is a bonus
