What You Will Do
At Lowe’s, Delivery Coordinators ensure that our customers receive accurate, safe, and on-time deliveries. You’ll act as the final checkpoint in the delivery process—verifying item availability, communicating with drivers, and solving any delivery-related challenges. This is a hybrid role involving both physical and administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with customers, store teams, and vendors to ensure a smooth and positive delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support delivery operations from scheduling to completion.

Track and ensure merchandise is accurately processed, accounted for, and delivered.

Serve as the delivery subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.

Gather customer details and conduct safety reviews to support accurate deliveries.

Verify item availability and resolve logistical issues using in-store systems.

Occasionally assist physically with deliveries as needed.
What We’re Looking For

Full-time: Typically 39–40 hours/week

Part-time: Typically up to 25 hours/week

Must be available to work any day of the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Physical stamina to stand, sit, or lift throughout the shift

Able to lift 25+ pounds (with or without assistance)
Minimum Qualifications
-
6 months of experience in delivery, warehouse, or retail customer service

Ability to read, write, and do basic math (addition, subtraction)
Preferred Qualifications

1 year of retail or customer service experience

3 months of experience operating forklifts or power equipment
-
2 years of experience following up on customer orders, deliveries, or installs
-
If required by law, ability to pass a licensing exam within 60 days of hire
