Emerald Hills Golf Club Is Hiring!

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the building’s systems including but not limited to security, HVAC, electrical, water, fire suppression systems, and sewage & waste management. The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of Emerald Hills Golf Club & King’s Riding Golf Club and be directly responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of both inside and outside the buildings.

Requirements

  • Perform minor repairs to building interiors and exteriors.
  • Ensure locker rooms and public areas are clean.
  • Maintenance of the building including minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Maintain qualified outside contractors to make necessary repairs as required.
  • Supply ordering and inventory control.
  • Assist with event setup as required.
  • Hire, schedule and train the facilities teams.
  • Work within budget guidelines.
  • Ensure the building is a safe, well maintained, up to code workplace (fire system checks, first aid supplies, and safety equipment etc.).
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in facility or property management.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, security, HVAC systems and fire suppression systems is an asset.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and balance multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, ability to work with reports, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
  • Proven ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
