Job Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and merchandise shelves for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

Place orders via iPad to ensure shelves and displays stay in-stock.

Execute sales plans negotiated with store managers.

Build relationships with in-store employees while representing Mondelēz with professionalism.

Follow assigned daily schedules and capture display photos during visits.

Support seasonal sales campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

Who We’re Looking For
-
At least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for military base access).

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
-
Positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
-
Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Live within 25–35 miles of Sylmar, CA.
-
Physically able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs frequently and push/pull over 50 lbs occasionally.

Retail or grocery experience preferred.
