Your Role & Responsibilities:
As our Shop Sales Person, you’ll be the key point of contact for walk-in customers at our Lisburn Trade Outlet. You’ll:

Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service

Drive sales of our extensive product range through value-added selling

Identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions

Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked shop floor

Work to achieve sales and margin KPIs

Ensure store safety and security at all times
What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience in a retail or trade environment (construction/tools/automotive/DIY is a plus)

A confident communicator with a helpful and friendly attitude

Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

Strong team player who enjoys a customer-focused environment

Ability to maintain a professional and tidy store layout
