As a Full-Time Teller at UFCU, you’ll be the first point of contact for Members, handling transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Our Tellers are passionate about building meaningful relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping Members achieve financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist Members, identifying product and service needs

Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check transactions

Support account maintenance: direct deposits, online/mobile banking, and updates

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Maintain branch appearance and provide accurate, efficient service
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
6+ months of teller/cash handling experience
-
6+ months of customer service experience
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and adaptable

Bachelor’s in Business/Finance may substitute for experience
Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Credit Union or banking experience

Knowledge of financial regulations

Military experience
Hours
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
