How You’ll Make An Impact
- Carry out mechanical fitting activities to exacting standards with detailed documentation.
- Ensure the highest level of health and safety, working in line with Zero Harm principles.
- Support production, development, and other departmental activities as required.
- Contribute to business improvements and maintain a high-quality working environment.
- Work shift patterns as required to meet programme demands.
What You Bring
- Experience in a relevant mechanical industry, preferably with exposure to rotating equipment.
- A recognised full Level 3 apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or Technical Certificate in a relevant engineering field.
- Demonstrate attention to detail to achieve precision in all assembly work.
- A strong safety and quality-driven mindset, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
