About the Role
PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to manage inventory, shipping, and receiving for finished goods. This role ensures accurate tracking, efficient loading/unloading, and maintenance of warehouse organization. Associates may work independently with minimal supervision while supporting delivery and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities

Count floor and truck inventories accurately.

Receive and store incoming items according to warehouse standards.

Maintain safe and orderly storage for all items handled.

Reload route trucks promptly and safely.

Sort and store partial cases of returned products.

Operate a forklift safely (if applicable) and maintain equipment properly.

Maintain daily records, checklists, and documentation.

Keep warehouse and yard areas clean and organized.

Communicate effectively with peers and demonstrate customer service skills.

Adhere to audit standards and company policies.

Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.

Must pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).

Basic math skills for counting and tracking inventory.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Comfortable lifting cases weighing 20–45 pounds and climbing onto trailers/trucks.
Helpful Experience
-
Inventory counting and control.
-
Warehouse operations, including SKU configuration, pallet handling, and pick aisle navigation.

Process control and documentation to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Experience using computers, spreadsheets, and handheld devices for inventory management.
Work Environment

Exposure to a fast-paced warehouse with moving equipment and products.

Tasks may include lifting, climbing, and working in varying temperature conditions.
