About the Role:
Are you looking for a fulfilling part-time catering role in a welcoming school environment? Preston Academy is looking for a friendly and reliable General Catering Assistant to join our dedicated kitchen team. You’ll help ensure students and staff receive well-prepared meals and enjoy a clean, efficient dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks

Serve meals in the dining room with a friendly attitude

Operate kitchen equipment (full training provided)

Wash up and maintain cleanliness in kitchen/dining areas

Support operation of cashless catering tills

Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

Previous experience in a school or catering environment is a plus (but not essential)
