Key Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and repair work across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Travel to and manage jobs located across Peterborough, North Peterborough, and York.

Use your expertise in carpentry, electrical systems, painting, and decorating to complete work to a high standard.

Coordinate tasks efficiently and support project delivery on time and to specification.

Liaise professionally with tenants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards on all job sites.

Operate as part of a team of 25+ field technicians, contributing to collective performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
Required:

5+ years of hands-on experience in general maintenance and building works.

Solid skills in carpentry, electrical, and painting/decorating.

UK driving licence (essential).

Strong IT skills for job tracking, reporting, and communication.

Project management capability and a customer-first approach.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Willingness to travel frequently to multiple sites.
Preferred:

Experience engaging directly with property tenants or facilities teams.

A proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
