About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead a brand-new bar, restaurant, and function space located on Great Western Road. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a fresh business concept in an exciting and challenging venue.
You’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, staff management, and guest experience while also playing a key role in strategy, performance, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations for smooth, efficient service

Lead, support, and train a diverse hospitality team

Ensure kitchen standards and food production meet safety and quality guidelines

Manage stock levels, place orders, and control costs

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Support front-of-house and back-of-house cleanliness and organisation

Collaborate with bartending staff to optimise beverage service

Drive business growth and customer satisfaction through strategy and service excellence

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
