Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead and support co-marketing initiatives across Pearson’s global partner ecosystem, including strategic alliances, ISVs, channel partners, and tech integrations.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to amplify Pearson’s brand, generate qualified leads, and accelerate growth through our strategic partnerships. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and partner success teams—as well as external partners—to maximize value on both sides.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute co-marketing plans aligned with business goals and partner strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns (email, social, webinars, events, paid media) that drive awareness and lead generation.

Produce and coordinate co-branded content including blog posts, case studies, and promotional materials.

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for partner marketing activities.

Track and report on campaign performance; provide insights and strategic recommendations.

Manage and maintain partner marketing resources including toolkits, sales enablement content, and shared libraries.

Identify new marketing opportunities to support partner engagement and growth.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 2+ years in partner or channel marketing.

Proven success in building and managing external partnerships.

Familiarity with enterprise or higher education markets; edtech experience preferred.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong written communication and content creation abilities.

Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Work Environment & Travel

Remote role within the U.S.

Occasional travel required to partner or Pearson offices and events (10–20%).
