What You’ll Do

Write platform-native copy for TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms like Roblox.

Shape brand voices in real time through comments, replies, and authentic engagement.

Act as the brand’s voice across UK and European channels during high-visibility moments.

Concept and pitch content rooted in cultural trends, insights, and global brand strategy.
-
Collaborate with global creative, motion, and strategy teams to bring ideas from storyboard to final post.

Publish and monitor interactions using tools such as Sprinklr.
-
Remix UGC, memes, and short-form content into timely, on-brand posts.
-
Use social listening and data insights to refine and improve engagement.
-
Stay on top of cultural moments, fandom trends, and platform shifts.
What You Bring
-
4+ years writing for social (agency or in-house), with strong global brand experience.
-
Based in Europe (UK/GMT preferred).
-
Proven ability to adapt tone for UK/European audiences while thinking globally.
-
English fluency (additional languages a strong plus).
-
Strong cultural awareness, wit, and timing.
-
Comfort writing fast while keeping strategy in focus.
-
Strong organisational skills and ability to work across time zones.
-
Interest in inclusive, authentic marketing.
-
Ability to travel internationally (1–2 times/year).
Nice to Haves

Multilingual skills.

Experience in both B2B and B2C accounts.
