In this role, you’ll be accountable for supply planning strategy, inventory optimization, product lifecycle management, and purchase order execution to maximize service levels in a cost-effective manner. Working within one of the most advanced global supply chains in the world, you will drive continuous improvement, support product launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain initiatives with Ashley’s overall business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and orchestrate supply plans to ensure the right products are available in the right place at the right time.

  • Support new product launches and monitor performance.

  • Design and implement inventory strategies aligned with financial goals and multi-channel operations.

  • Manage product lifecycle, ensuring smooth product phase-in/phase-out in collaboration with sales and demand planning teams.

  • Optimize the supply network for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead and execute supply chain initiatives that deliver measurable value.

  • Identify supply chain risks, recommend action plans, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive solutions.

  • Oversee purchase order management and tactical supply planning activities.

  • Participate in Demand and Supply Reviews, providing insights to drive improvements.

  • Train and mentor team members while fostering relationships across business functions.

  • Analyze supply chain data and recommend enhancements to exceed KPIs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, operations, buying, or inventory control.

  • Strong skills in Excel (advanced, macros preferred).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, BI, SQL, SAP, Tableau is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
