Position Overview:

We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Graduate Account Manager to join our Commercial Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate (ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field) to gain hands-on experience in a client-facing role, managing UK and international B2B accounts, and driving commercial growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Project teams to support client success, product adoption, and relationship development from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction.

  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and develop account plans to meet revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify and scope upsell and cross-sell opportunities in line with client needs.

  • Deliver product demos, training sessions, and workshops to clients and partners.

  • Collaborate internally with Project Management, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Support and manage Sales Agents and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).

  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and Tenders as needed for existing or new clients.

  • Attend industry events and conferences when required to network and understand competitive trends.

  • Ensure third-party sales partners are well-trained and represent the brand effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication

  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to interact with various stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM platforms

  • Keen interest in technology and eagerness to get hands-on

  • Must meet 3-year UK residency requirement

Desirable:

  • Spanish or another foreign language (written and spoken)

  • Familiarity with telecommunications, mobile networks, or selling into the public sector
