The Opportunity
We are seeking a Graduate Project Administrator to join our growing Project Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands-on experience in digital project delivery, working alongside experienced consultants, developers, designers, and analysts.
You will play a key role in supporting the coordination and administration of enterprise-level digital projects, contributing to client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and smooth delivery of digital projects

Support project reporting activities, including tracking progress, finances, and risks

Maintain project tools and documentation with guidance from senior team members

Prepare and contribute to internal and client-facing presentations and reports

Organise and facilitate project meetings, capturing clear actions and decisions

Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients

Attend regular team stand-ups, meetings, and resourcing sessions

Learn and apply project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

Build foundational skills for managing smaller projects in the future
What We’re Looking For
Essential:

A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

A collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented approach

Genuine interest in digital delivery and project management
Desirable:

Experience working in teams on academic or extracurricular projects

Interest in digital platforms, design, or emerging technology
