About the Graduate Trainee Tutor Programme:
This unique programme is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about education but may lack formal tutoring experience. Through structured training and ongoing support, you will develop the skills and confidence needed to become an effective tutor.
Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals who meet one of the following criteria:

Recent university graduates with a degree in English, Maths, or Science (minimum 360 credits or a degree certificate).

Applicants with suitable qualifications but less than six months of experience in education or tutoring.
Programme Structure:

Comprehensive Induction: 2-hour in-person training covering lesson planning, learning objectives, and progress reporting.

Scenario-Based Assessment: Follow-up assessment to ensure understanding.

Online CPD Training: Modules covering essential tutoring skills, including SEND Support.

Ongoing Feedback and Support: Regular observation and support from our Quality Assurance team.
Your Progression Path:

Begin with carefully selected tutoring placements (online or in-school, KS3-KS5).

Work towards completing a minimum of 52 hours of tuition.

Receive support and observation to ensure high-quality tutoring delivery.

Transition to full tutor status upon successful completion of the programme.
