Internship Overview

TruePoint Communications is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support marketing and creative teams in producing high-quality digital and print assets. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and the opportunity to see your designs come to life.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and produce artwork for print and digital marketing campaigns, branded collateral, and other promotional materials

  • Create visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate key concepts and brand messaging

  • Collaborate with agency teams, maintain project schedules, and meet deadlines

  • Communicate proactively about design direction, deliverables, and timelines

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative ideas and solutions

  • Conduct research and gather materials to support the design process with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines, mission, and values

  • Assist with resizing, formatting, and preparing final files for print and web

  • Support meeting preparations as needed


Qualifications

  • Pursuing or obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or a related field

  • Compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print and digital design projects

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Understanding of layouts, typography, photo treatments, illustration, typesetting, and pre-pressing print files

  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative thinker who contributes innovative ideas to campaigns

  • Animation and video editing skills are a significant plus
