Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements sustainable, scalable brand guidelines, leveraging the existing brand foundation, to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all digital and physical channels.
- Establishes and enforces best practices, collaborating within marketing and across the organization to educate those using brand elements.
- Oversees the strategic direction of the brand and the end-to-end development of all creative assets, ensuring a seamless and compelling brand experience across various channels.
- Maintains organized, properly formatted files, creating an internal brand asset library and providing access to appropriate files for partners and vendors.
- Develops and implements an optimal design process to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders while preserving brand consistency.
- Consistently meets deadlines and targets, prioritizing business objectives while balancing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborates with the CMO and other leaders to communicate the value of the marketing and design function across the organization.
- Balances hands-on visual design work with managing internal and external resources.
- Mentors marketing team members and others across the organization, demonstrating the value of design and ensuring accuracy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of hands-on brand design experience, including implementing new guidelines, expanding brand systems, and creating best practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading branding initiatives for a SaaS organization, with a proven track record of managing related processes and projects.
- Excellent project management and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external marketing professionals.
- Knowledge of current branding trends and how to integrate them into an overall branding strategy.
- Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork with internal stakeholders and marketing team members.
