California Naturals is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our Design Director and Head of Marketing across digital, print, retail, and packaging projects. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll help execute creative concepts, manage file preparation, and keep workflows running smoothly. This role is perfect for an entry-to-mid-level designer eager to grow their skills in a high-growth CPG brand, work across multiple channels, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities for Graphic Designer
Design Across Channels
As a Graphic Designer, you will create, edit, and format visual assets for digital campaigns, print materials, retail displays, packaging, and advertising. You’ll help design eye-catching paid ads for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and Instagram, and craft organic social content that drives engagement. You’ll also support Product Detail Page (PDP) imagery for DTC and retail partners like Target, Ulta, and Amazon.
Video & Email Content
Assist in video editing, including cutting footage, adding text overlays, and resizing content for social media, paid campaigns, and product pages. Design email marketing assets such as headers, GIFs, and modules in collaboration with the marketing team.
Creative Collaboration & Asset Management
Work closely with the Design Director on photo shoot planning, mood boards, and visual references. Help organize creative files, maintain naming conventions, and update brand asset libraries (logos, templates, icons). Contribute ideas, sketches, and layouts to team brainstorms.
Trend Awareness & Innovation
Stay updated on CPG design and marketing trends. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance creative execution and elevate brand visuals.
Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years in graphic design, creative production, or operations

Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CapCut or After Effects

Technical Knowledge: Print-ready file preparation (bleeds, die lines, CMYK)

Strong attention to detail, file organization, and ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines professionally

Positive, collaborative mindset and adaptable to fast-paced environments
