Role Overview
Our client is a product marketing agency serving B2B SaaS companies. They provide on-demand marketing, design, and Webflow expertise to help SaaS teams grow. They are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in product design to create user-centric digital products and visually engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing website landing pages optimized for conversion and user experience

Produce engaging graphics aligned with client brand guidelines and business goals

Explain design decisions and tradeoffs to team members

Collaborate with the executive team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that effectively communicate product features and benefits

Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces

Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine designs

Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products

Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery

Provide creative input to enhance the visual representation of the brand across marketing channels

Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to improve visual marketing efforts
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in graphic design using Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop

2+ years as a Figma expert, utilizing various plug-ins
-
2+ years designing responsive websites and supporting rebrands
-
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and brand consistency

Proven experience designing user-centric digital products and interfaces

Ability to conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

Ability to clearly explain design decisions and tradeoffs

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Availability to work 9 AM – 5 PM PST
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Animation skills in AfterEffects or Lottie

Experience with Notion and other project management tools

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company or similar tech-driven industry
