We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team supporting an event and fundraising software platform for nonprofits. You will translate marketing concepts into polished, on-brand visuals that elevate campaigns and strengthen brand presence across digital and print media. This is an execution-focused role working closely with the marketing team to bring strategies to life.
Responsibilities

Design Marketing Assets: Create visually engaging graphics for campaigns, events, blog content, case studies, and promotions.

Website & Landing Page Refresh: Update and maintain layouts in alignment with brand guidelines (design only).

Brand Management: Maintain a centralized library of templates, case studies, decks, and one-pagers, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Internal Support: Provide designed collateral for internal teams, including sales, events, and customer success.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines, including colors, typography, and templates.
Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in graphic or marketing design (agency or SaaS experience preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma; familiarity with web/landing page tools (HubSpot CMS preferred).

Portfolio: Strong design principles and proven success in executing marketing assets.

Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and following direction from marketing strategists.
