About Nova Impact
Nova Impact is a Ghanaian organization empowering youth and marginalized communities with digital and practical skills to thrive in today’s economy. By addressing the digital divide, Nova Impact tackles youth unemployment and underemployment, particularly among women, people with disabilities, and underserved groups.
Programs offer hands-on training in coding, data analytics, and digital marketing, while emphasizing soft skills like teamwork and problem-solving. With mentorship at the core, participants receive guidance to navigate careers and unlock opportunities in the growing tech sector.
Nova Impact also focuses on inclusivity, resilience, and sustainability, providing pathways for underrepresented groups to access jobs, leadership roles, and entrepreneurial ventures. Strategic partnerships with businesses connect talent to industry opportunities through career fairs, hackathons, and internships. Climate-conscious training equips participants to become environmentally aware leaders in the digital workforce.
Role: Volunteer Graphic Designer
Responsibilities

Design creative materials including social media graphics, flyers, and promotional content.

Collaborate with the team to translate project requirements into effective visual designs.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Stay updated with industry trends and design software to bring innovative ideas.

Ensure all designs align with Nova Impact’s brand identity and style guide.
