About the Role
A fast-growing insurance company is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its remote creative team. This role involves creating compelling visual designs across print, digital, and social media channels while collaborating with multiple business divisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can work independently.
Responsibilities

Create visual designs for print, digital, and social media campaigns

Collaborate with content writers, other designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns

Work within brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand assets

Adapt creative concepts for various platforms and formats

Manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting
Qualifications

3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of branding systems and design principles

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but strong experience may suffice

Experience in the insurance industry is a bonus
Work Schedule & Requirements

Fully remote, standard business hours: 9 AM – 5 PM ET, Monday-Friday

Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor during work hours

May initially use personal equipment (Mac preferred) in accordance with IT and security protocols
