Redfire Grill is Platinum Dining Group’s reimagining of the Great American Steakhouse and the go-to destination for exceptional steaks across Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. With bold red walls, stone and wrought iron accents, and a welcoming dining room, we pair an engaging, knowledgeable service team with a menu featuring dry-aged beef seared to perfection in our 1200-degree chophouse broiler, fresh fish, organic chicken, and classic steakhouse favorites.
We are seeking seasoned kitchen professionals to join our culinary team as Grill Masters. If you are motivated, energetic, and a hard-working self-starter, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities

Follow and execute directions from the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, or senior line cooks

Work with a variety of proteins, including premium cuts of beef

Maintain clean, organized stations and ensure all ingredients are stocked for assigned dishes

Provide exceptional hospitality and uphold food quality standards
Qualifications

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional, respectful presence

Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills

Knowledge of various cooking methods such as grilling, baking, boiling, etc.

Strong sense of taste and smell

Knowledge of a second language is a plus
