Job Summary:
Coinford are leading specialists in groundworks and concrete frame construction, and we’re looking for experienced General Labourers to join our professional site teams. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and eager to work on some of the UK’s most dynamic projects, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:

Perform general labouring duties on construction sites

Support tradespeople with site preparation, material movement, and basic tasks

Carry out daily safety checks on tools/equipment
-
Maintain clean and safe working conditions, including walkways and welfare areas
-
Ensure materials are stocked and safe access routes are maintained
-
Comply with health & safety standards, especially when working near live services
Essential Skills & Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a labourer on active construction sites
-
Strong understanding of safety protocols
-
Able to work as part of a team and follow clear instructions
-
Right to work in the UK
-
CSCS Labourer Card or GQA Labourer Card (required)
-
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Desirable (But Not Essential):
-
1–2+ years’ construction site experience

Additional qualifications (with CPCS/NPORS CSCS-affiliated cards only):

Forward Tipping Dumper
-
Ride-on/Road Roller
-
CAT & Genny training
-
Safety Critical Medical
-
-
Experience working as part of a site gang/team
