About the Group Finance Internship

At Benefact Group, we’re offering an exciting Group Finance Internship opportunity for a university student to join our growing finance team. This 12-month paid placement is ideal for individuals pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field and looking to gain real-world experience in accounting and financial reporting.

You’ll become part of an innovative, forward-thinking team and contribute to essential financial activities while learning from professionals in a purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly management accounting, financial analysis, and internal reporting

  • Support the annual statutory reporting and audit processes

  • Contribute to quarterly regulatory returns such as Solvency II and industry-specific reports

  • Aid the implementation of changes to accounting standards and processes

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation tasks

  • Provide assistance across finance teams including tax and ad hoc projects

  • Engage in practical learning and professional development opportunities
