Location Requirement

How You’ll Contribute
As an HCM Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients. You’ll lead prospecting efforts, conduct discovery meetings and product demos, and negotiate deals to close business for Asure’s suite of HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory through self-prospecting, networking, and outbound sales activity

  • Expand services within the existing Asure client base by identifying opportunities to increase value through additional solutions

  • Build and maintain referral partnerships with CPAs, financial advisors, insurance brokers, and banks to deepen market penetration

  • Create compelling sales presentations tailored to each client’s needs, demonstrating the benefits of Asure’s platform

  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

  • Use Salesforce CRM to track all sales activity, pipeline progression, and client engagement efforts


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of consultative software sales experience

  • Experience selling payroll and/or HR software solutions is required

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales engagements and drive results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Successful track record of territory management and revenue generation

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and virtual selling tools (e.g., GoToMeeting, Webex)

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license


Compensation

  • Base salary: $70,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • On-target earnings (OTE): $116,000

  • Uncapped commission structure
