Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at United Kitchens located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, designing menus, managing food preparation, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served. Additionally, the Head Chef will lead a team of kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to the culinary creativity of the establishment.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation expertise
- Team Leadership and Kitchen Management experience
- Knowledge of South Indian Telugu cuisine and traditional recipes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Food Safety and Hygiene certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef is a plus
