    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan, create, and execute menus in alignment with expectations
    • Conduct regular menu meetings with the chapter
    • Prepare high-quality meals with excellent presentation and flavor
    • Regularly submit meal presentation photos to management
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
    • Wash kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes as needed
    • Ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal preparation
    • Train and oversee kitchen staff, manage schedules, and assess performance with management approval
    • Order supplies within budget and manage inventory effectively
    • Enforce sanitation and food safety regulations as required by local and state laws
    • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with coworkers and customers
    • Assist in organizing and executing special events as directed by management
    • Stay in regular communication with management via calls, emails, and texts
    • Ensure staff compliance with all company policies

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in high-volume food production, catering, or a related field
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • Culinary degree (preferred but not required)
    • Valid manager-level sanitation certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
