Role Description

MezeMex is seeking a full-time, on-site Head Chef for our Los Angeles Metropolitan Area location. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and ensuring top-tier food quality and presentation that align with our restaurant’s standards.

  • Strong skills in Menu Planning and Recipe Development
  • Proven experience in Kitchen Management and Team Leadership
  • Knowledge of Food Cost Control and Inventory Management
  • Meticulous attention to detail with creative culinary abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Experience in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine is highly desirable
  • Culinary school certification or equivalent professional experience
