MezeMex is seeking a full-time, on-site Head Chef for our Los Angeles Metropolitan Area location. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and ensuring top-tier food quality and presentation that align with our restaurant’s standards.

- Strong skills in Menu Planning and Recipe Development
- Proven experience in Kitchen Management and Team Leadership
- Knowledge of Food Cost Control and Inventory Management
- Meticulous attention to detail with creative culinary abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine is highly desirable
- Culinary school certification or equivalent professional experience
