The Opportunity: Head of Central FP&A
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead our Central FP&A team, a key function within Aldermore’s high-performing Finance division.
In this high-profile role, you will oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and competitor analysis, working closely with teams across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and our parent company, FirstRand. Your insights and expertise will support strategic decision-making, ensuring Aldermore meets its long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of FP&A managers, ensuring key deliverables are met.
- Oversee the Group’s monthly management reporting, annual budget, and in-year forecasting.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support senior management decision-making.
- Work closely with the Director of FP&A and Head of Business Partnering to enhance commercial insights.
- Drive continuous process improvements, challenging existing ways of working.
- Monitor market trends and competitor results, delivering timely updates to leadership.
