About the Role
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our podcast, influencer, and affiliate marketing programs across key international markets. This is a unique opportunity to own a fast-growing channel at one of the UK’s most exciting healthtech companies.
In this cross-functional role, you’ll work alongside performance marketers, growth analysts, creatives, and operations to build high-performing campaigns that deliver strong ROI and lasting brand impact.
Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition: Source, onboard, and activate podcast, influencer, and affiliate partners using market research and audience data.

Campaign Management: Own end-to-end execution—from contracting and coordination to launch and post-campaign reporting.

Operations & Tracking: Handle logistics including discount codes, shipping, landing page setup, and aircheck compliance.

Performance Analysis: Build campaign dashboards, monitor ROI, and provide insights to optimise future activations.

Global Execution: Support expansion of partnership programs into new markets and regions.

Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating influencer/media events to amplify partnerships and brand presence.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience

4+ years managing partnerships, influencer, or affiliate campaigns (in-house experience preferred)

Hands-on experience with tracking tools such as Podscribe, Impact, or similar

Proven success in managing end-to-end campaigns and building strong partner relationships
