About the Role
Are you a passionate and service-driven hospitality professional looking to work in one of London’s most stylish and renowned restaurants?
We’re hiring a Head Waiter or Head Waitress to join the award-winning team at Berners Tavern, located within The London EDITION hotel. Under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton, Berners Tavern delivers elegant, vibrant dining in a glamorous setting.
As Head Waiter/Waitress, you’ll be responsible for leading your section, guiding junior team members, and delivering an outstanding experience to every guest.
What You’ll Be Doing

Run your section with confidence during busy breakfast, lunch, or dinner service

Take guest orders, give expert recommendations, and manage payments

Support and lead Chef de Rang and Commis Waiters in your section

Liaise with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service

Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, drinks, and allergen info
-
Deliver a warm, seamless, and memorable dining experience

Previous experience in upscale dining or hotel restaurants preferred
