Company Overview
Sixty years ago, Sam Walton opened a small mom-and-pop shop, which has since evolved into the world’s largest retailer. Despite this transformation, one thing has remained constant—our commitment to helping customers save money and live better.
Today, we are redefining the shopping experience, with our associates at the core of our innovation. When you join the Walmart family, you become part of a team that is shaping the future of retail and making a difference in the lives of millions worldwide.
We are proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work® Certified (May 2023 – May 2024), Disability: IN 2023 Best Places to Work, and one of Fast Company’s 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators 2023.
