About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Health Center Manager (RN) to oversee site operations at the Workday Wellness Center, powered by Premise Health, in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will lead the daily management of a mid-sized health center while also providing clinical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized health center (team of 2+ regularly scheduled employees).

  • Dedicate 15-50% of time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.

  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance, including RNs, administrative, and technical personnel.

  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, staff training, and performance management in collaboration with the Director of Client Operations.

  • Manage workflow, scheduling, and timecard monitoring to optimize health center efficiency.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced patient care and operational effectiveness.

  • Analyze scheduling and staffing needs, providing recommendations to leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, procedural, and licensing requirements.

  • Handle incident reporting and assist in investigations and complaint resolution.

  • Communicate corporate policies, ensure adherence to procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff.

  • Oversee budget management, inventory supplies, and coordinate purchases for medical equipment and medication.

  • Serve as the Infection Control Lead, collaborating with corporate quality and infection control teams.

  • Engage with client representatives as necessary.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Active RN license in the state of practice.

  • Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some locations.

  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) for healthcare providers.

  • Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

  • 2-3 years of management experience in healthcare or a related field.

  • Familiarity with CDC, WHO, APIC, or other infection prevention standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

  • Strong problem-solving, workflow management, and leadership skills.

  • Exceptional communication and training abilities.

  • Previous healthcare management experience preferred.
