Atlantic Health System is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of employee wellness and health promotion programs across corporate and community settings. This role involves conducting health screenings, developing disease prevention initiatives, and using data-driven approaches to create targeted wellness strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and evaluate health education and disease management programs

Conduct health screenings, wellness classes, and needs assessments

Monitor employee health outcomes and adjust programs accordingly

Deliver wellness presentations and workshops to diverse employee populations

Collaborate with internal teams to align wellness initiatives with company goals

Maintain program records, statistics, and compliance with policies

Serve as a health resource and advocate, staying up to date with industry trends
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, Exercise Science, or related field

CHES® or CCWS® certification (required)

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain post-hire)

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Experience in corporate wellness or worksite health promotion (preferred)

Fitness/yoga certifications are a plus
