We are currently seeking an Assisted Living Administrator to join our leadership team. In this role, you will inspire and guide a team of nurses, medication aides, and caregivers in delivering exceptional care and meaningful experiences to our Assisted Living residents. You’ll ensure a high standard of dignity and service, while fostering an environment rooted in respect and connection.
Starting Salary: $75,000 annually
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Psychology, or a related field

Minimum of two years of healthcare management experience
-
Current Idaho RCF License required
-
RN or LPN licensure is a plus, but not required
-
Experience as a caregiver and med tech required
-
Commitment to confidentiality and a drive for continuous learning

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee resident care and services in the Assisted Living neighborhood
-
Lead planning, coordination, and quality improvement efforts for resident care
-
Act as liaison among residents, staff, families, and healthcare providers
-
Manage recruitment, training, and development of the care team
-
Oversee budgeting, profitability, and compliance
-
Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations
-
Maintain full-time, on-site presence; provide hands-on care during health outbreaks or emergencies
-
Participate in a rotating “Manager on Duty” schedule for weekends and holidays
