Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide compassionate care, support medical staff, and help maintain a safe and clean environment. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily personal care, ensuring dignity and comfort
- Supporting medical staff with essential healthcare procedures
- Observing residents’ conditions and reporting any changes to medical personnel
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and maintaining records
- Offering emotional support to residents and their families
